Deadline Extension
The Celebrate Ontario deadline is extended to Tuesday November 14, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). A notification will be sent when the Grants Ontario System is available.
You may also submit your application by email to Grants Ontario at GrantsOntarioCS@ontario.ca by submitting the attachments and quoting your Case Number. A confirmation email will be sent once your application is uploaded in the System. Please note that confirmations may not be sent out immediately due to the volume of emails being managed.

Grants Ontario Application Form
Celebrate Ontario Project Application Form (Single-Year or Multi-Year)
Organization’s most recent financial statement
