How the giveaway series works:

1. Giveaways will open throughout the year. 4 - 5 prize giveaways will open at a time. Giveaway entry periods will follow this schedule:

   • Group 1: March 11, 2026 at 11:00AM ET - April 8, 2026 at 4:00PM ET​

   • Group 2: April 15, 2026 at 11:00AM ET - May 13, 2026 at 4:00PM ET

   • Group 3: June 3, 2026 at 11:00AM ET - June 24, 2026 at 4:00PM ET

   • Group 4: July 22, 2026 at 11:00AM ET - August 19, 2026 at 4:00PM ET

   • Group 5: September 9, 2026 at 11:00AM ET - September 30, 2026 at 4:00PM ET

   • Group 6: November 4, 2026 at 11:00AM ET - November 25, 2026 at 4:00PM ET

2. Individuals can enter any open giveaways. There is no limit to the number of giveaways you can enter! You can put your name in the hat for all 30 or pick and choose which prizes you're most interested in. All giveaways will be found on Ottawa Festival's website: ottawafestivals.ca/30. There is no other way to enter or participate in the giveaways.

3. Giveaways will close after 4 weeks. Each group of giveaways will be open for 4 weeks at a time, no late entries will be allowed.

4. Winners will be randomly drawn & announced. Within one week of each giveaway closing Ottawa Festivals will be in touch with each winner via their submitted email address. Winners have 48 hours to claim their prize, otherwise they forfeit their claim to the prize and Ottawa Festivals may randomly draw a new winner.

5. Experience the festival. Redeem your prize following the instructions provided and enjoy the experience!

Some ground rules:

• There is no cost to participate in any of the giveaways.

• Individuals must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to win.

• Winners will be randomly selected and contacted by Ottawa Festival Network (info@ottawafestivals.ca).

• An individual can only utilize one email address for each giveaway. If a winner is found to have entered with multiple email address their entry will be marked as invalid.

• When you enter a giveaway, you provide Ottawa Festival Network and the festival organization affiliated with that specific giveaway permission to contact you with information about the giveaway and general marketing messages. You will always have the option to unsubscribe at anytime.

• Giveaway schedule is subject to change, any changes will be posted at ottawafestivals.ca/30.

• Questions related to the giveaway series can be directed to Ottawa Festival Network at info@ottawafestivals.ca.

• Questions related to any festival featured in the giveaway series (programming, ticketing etc.) can be directed to the affiliated festival or event organization. Contact information is linked in their giveaway and can be found on Ottawa Festival Network website.
