Ottawa Festival Network Code of Conduct

Introduction

The Ottawa Festival Network (OFN) is committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and professional festival community. This Code of Conduct reflects our shared values of respect, collaboration, and accountability, ensuring that all members contribute to a thriving cultural sector in Ottawa.

As a member-based organization, the OFN recognizes the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We are guided by our Diversity Statement, which celebrates the unique contributions of individuals from all backgrounds, and our Land Acknowledgement, which affirms our respect and gratitude to the Indigenous peoples on whose unceded land we live, work, and gather.

This Code applies to all OFN members, including staff, volunteers, board members, contractors, and partners, during all official activities, events, communications, and engagements under the OFN banner.
