Public Poll: AI-Generated Content in Festival Marketing

Ottawa Festivals has launched an online poll to gauge public opinion on the use of AI-generated content in the marketing and promotion of festivals and events.

Generative AI, sometimes called gen AI, is artificial intelligence (AI) that can create original content such as text, images, video, audio or software code in response to a user’s prompt or request. The technology is being adopted across many industries to create various forms of digital and printed content. For festivals and events, this may take the form of event posters, social media graphics, promotional photos or videos, and websites, among others.

Your honest responses will help inform Ottawa Festival Network’s knowledge on the topic and contribute to the work of its member organizations.
