Project SoundCheck workshop: preventing sexual assaults at events - Nov 5

Offered by Crime Prevention Ottawa, Project SoundCheck is a unique prevention initiative which provides staff and volunteers with the skills to intervene or support if someone discloses sexual violence. This past summer the project trained volunteers at numerous music festivals and large gatherings, including Bluesfest, Cityfolk, Escapade, Carleton University, and the Canada Day Celebration in Kanata.
