The Final Hour, written and performed by Leigh-Anne Kehler, is at once humorous and emotionally engaging. The details surrounding Leigh-Anne's father's palliative journey speak directly to the importance of the Assisted-Dying Bill C-14, and the language hospitals are allowed to speak to their patients. Leigh-Anne has appeared nationally and internationally at festivals such as the Toronto International Storytelling Festival, The Yukon International Storytelling Festival, Winnipeg International Peace Storytelling Festival, Winnipeg Folk Festival, and Regina Children's Festival. She has also toured schools in Japan, Thailand, Norway, and Denmark. Leigh-Anne is touring The Final Hour, a solo performance of her father's palliative experience across Canada. The Final Hour is presented with Firewomen, inspirational stories of strong women.
