One World Bazaar is official open for it's 20th season!

On September 19, 2024, One World Bazaar opened it's doors for it's 20th year in Manotick, Ontario. One World Bazaar's fall season covers the next 9 weeks and features free weekend events in a festival-like atmosphere. We had a chance to visit and get a sneak peak at the grand fall opening and take it from us Ottawa, you’re in for a real cozy treat this fall! You will have the chance to discover the world through unique hand-crafted pieces and unwind with the cozy festival vibes out back! Enjoy some drinks, food and entertainment and pick up some goodies for you and your loved ones. --- A Welcome from One World Bazaar Can you believe it’s been 20 years? Time flies when you’re surrounded by so much colour, joy, and the vibrant spirit of One World Bazaar. As we swing open our doors for this milestone season, I can't wait to welcome back familiar faces and greet new ones. Over these two decades, my family and I have been profoundly grateful for the incredible support from our community. The warmth and embrace from the people of Ottawa and Manotick have been a big part of our journey, making us feel truly at home. Many of you have shopped with us, brought your children, and even extended families. You've made it a tradition, growing with us through changes, including the challenges of a global pandemic. We’ve also stayed close to our artisans, supporting them through their own evolutions—be it changes in ownership, products, or significant life events. We've seen a lot of change over the years—in our products, our processes, and how we connect with each of you. I’m so excited to show you all the treasures we found on our travels and the unique programming many of you will certainly enjoy. Here’s to continuing our journey together, making your experience memorable with every visit, whether you step into our bazaar over our 9 weekends or join us from the comfort of your home online. Al Tambay Sun 22 @12pm Alain Tambay is a talented, professional musician, singer and songwriter who has been performing and touring for over thirty years. Alain performs and teaches in the style of blues artists such as Robert Johnson, Elmore James, Johnny Winter, George Thorogood, Keb’ Mo’, & Ray Bonneville. Alain is also proficient in the styles of Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughan. OWB X Yoga with Naomi Elder Sunday @10am Join us for the opening weekend of the Bazaar on Sunday, September 22nd, from 10 to 11 a.m., with a free yoga class led by Naomi Elder, sponsored by One World Bazaar. This gentle, slow-flow class is open to all levels, and everyone is welcome to participate! The class will take place in the vendor area near the road, in front of the stage (by the exit).
