Northern Scene adds new programming featuring Leela Gilday and her band

OttawaStart - Heather Moore, Producer and Executive Director of the Northern Scene festival, today announced an additional concert on the festival roster featuring Yellowknife singer-songwriter Leela Gilday, performing with her band in the National Arts Centre’s Fourth Stage on Monday, April 29 at 19:30.
