Government of Canada launches new Tourism Growth Program

Applications are now open for the $108 million in federal funding supporting the Tourism Growth Program announced in the federal budget. FedDev Ontario will deliver over $30 million to eligible businesses and organizations to foster growth and competitiveness for Canada’s tourism industry, and strengthen local tourism and economies. Eligible not-for-profit organization activities include supporting the delivery of local community festivals and events that attract tourists to a destination (From Section 2: How funding works). Applications are being accepted from November 20, 2023, to February 29. Information Sessions
