Friendship Bulbs: Paint the Town Tulip for the 2019 Canadian Tulip Festival

In celebration the 20th Anniversary of the Beijing-Ottawa Sister Cities agreement, this year’s official Festival tulip also matches our country’s colours, red and yellow, in one glorious flower.
