DestinationNEXT Tourism Survey | Ottawa Tourism

To further Ottawa Tourism’s research in destination development and strategic planning, Ottawa Tourism is taking part in DestinationNEXT, a diagnostic tool administered by MMGY NextFactor and Destinations International. The assessment is a benchmark survey of key stakeholders in tourism, business, education, and government who are impacted by Ottawa’s ability to attract and inspire visitors to our community. The results of the survey will essentially be a report card for the health and benchmarking of our destination against our competitors. As a key member of the visitor economy, we are asking for your participation in this important assessment. Survey questions represent a broad set of topics addressing various elements of our community including elements which may seem beyond the scope of Ottawa Tourism’s work but are relevant to visitors’ experiences. Fill out survey The survey will be available for your participation until September 27 but we urge you to complete it as soon as possible to ensure you meet the survey deadline. The survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete. If you require more time to complete the survey, you can save it and return to it later. Please be assured that your responses will remain anonymous. To create the most accurate assessment, it is important that you answer the survey based on your current perspective of Ottawa Tourism and our destination. Our hope is that the findings of this survey will spark a thoughtful, productive conversation about our future direction and help us evaluate how our destination performs against competitors.
