Ottawa Video Awards Gala, April 11 at Arts Court Theatre

SAW Video’s inaugural Ottawa Independent Video Awards Gala will be held on Saturday, April 11th, 2015 at Arts Court Theatre. The first edition of OIVA will award SIX exceptional directors for their contributions to Ottawa-Gatineau's video community in the following categories: Best Director - Narrative Best Director - Experimental (sponsored by Galerie SAW Gallery) Best Director - Documentary  (sponsored by Edwards Creative Law) Best Director - Music Video (sponsored by Beyond The Pale Brewery) Best Director Under 25 (sponsored by Ottawa IndieFest) Rob Thompson Award The list of shortlisted nominees will be announced publicly on Thursday April 2nd via www.oiva.ca, social media, and via a media advisory.
