ESAC's 2025 Conference will be held at the beautiful TIFF Lightbox, located at King and John Streets in the heart of the Entertainment District.
The conference hotel is Toronto Marriott City Centre Hotel, One Blue Jays Way, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 1J4 and the Room Booking Link is available now. (NOTE: Limited rooms are available as part of the conference block.)
The Event Safety Alliance Canada 2025 Conference will be held in Toronto from October 20 - 25, including Pre- and Post-Conference Workshops.
This year, ESAC’s speaker for the Scott Johnson Keynote is Annemarie Roe (President, BaAM Productions) and our Day 2 Keynote will be presented by Peter Code, O.O.M. (Executive Director - Safety and Security Canada, FIFA World Cup 2026 (Canada)).
