Sparks Street is hosting the first annual RIBtoberfest! For the first time ever, the Ribbers are returning to Sparks Street the first weekend of October for four glorious days of fall off the bone deliciousness. 17 Ribbers take to Sparks Street this weekend and they’ll be firing up their grills each day at 11:00am and ready to win over your stomach.
“We have 17 Ribbers from throughout North America who are ready to start grilling!” said Les Gagne, Executive Director at Sparks Street Mall. “That’s two more than June and we can’t wait to dig in!”
Along with the more Rib trucks than ever before, there will be music, entertainment and other venders supplying more than just ribs. Join us on some Sparks Street fun and fill your stomachs every day starting October 3rd to 6th. These four days are most definitely going to be an extra sticky social so do not miss out!
