Odyssey Theatre

Since introducing open-air theatre to Ottawa in 1986, Odyssey Theatre has been a staple of Ottawa summers. Our Theatre Under the Stars attracts thousands of theatregoers to the banks of the Rideau River in Strathcona Park with its imaginative, award-winning productions. Odyssey celebrates the human experience with a unique voice, drawing from fairground arts, mask, Commedia dell’Arte, puppetry, and international dance-theatre. Inspired by myths and legends, our productions shine new light on contemporary life.
