Volunteer at Winterlude and get the rewards of a unique Capital winter experience

Join the hundreds of volunteers who, every year, contribute their time, talents and energy during Winterlude, the Capital’s winter celebration. The National Capital Commission (NCC) is calling on residents to become volunteers for the 35th edition of Winterlude, which will run from February 1 to February 18, 2013.

Winterlude seeks outgoing individuals of all ages to work with children, to host the ice carvers, to escort the Ice Hog family ¾ Winterlude’s furry mascots, and to act as information officers. There is a particular need for individuals who speak French and are available weekdays (Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays) to help welcome school kids and visitors coming to Winterlude’sSnowflakeKingdominJacques-CartierPark,Gatineau.
