Fun for the whole family is coming your way Ottawa! We have a great lineup of festivals that feature quality music and performances. There’s a lot going on this summer in the Nation’s Capital Area so come down and #GetFestive! Check out the newest RSVP613 video below for more!
Chamberfest (July 25 – August 8)
Chamberfest brings a multitude of events such as live music performances, late night entertainment with Chamberfringe – a more modern and interactive series of performances – family concerts and Chamber Chat seminars. This includes some of the biggest names in solo and ensemble performance as well as other unique performers. This is a great opportunity to #GetFestive with the whole family, so don’t miss out on the musical festivites!

Buskerfest (August 2 – 5)
Buskerfest has a huge lineup up of street performers from acrobats, contortionists, musicians, fire-breathers and so many more coming from all around the world! Catch a variety of incredible performances all taking place along Sparks Street. There are also special events like a burleque show and the grand finale at 5 p.m. on August 5. Going 28 years strong, Buskerfest is a must-see unforgettable festival experience! The festival is FREE, but donations to the performers is always appreciated!

Torchlight Shakespeare (Until August 17)
With over 35 different location and a pay-what-you-can fee, the theatre has never been more accessible! A Company of Fools is continuing their tour of parks in and around the Ottawa area. “The Fools” will be performing the classic tale of star-crossed lovers: Romeo and Juliet! Come #GetFestive this summer and check out these great performances!

Northern Lights (Until September 8)
Ottawa’s most beautiful light and sound show is back at Centre Block of Parliament Hill. This festival projects Canada’s cultural, historical and physical landscape through vivid visual and audio media that guarantees family fun. This classic Ottawa event is completely FREE and running all summer long until September 8. August shows start at 9:30 p.m. and September shows start at 9 p.m.
