Paddling doctors make waves

 An all-female team of paddling physicians made it a three-peat at the Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival on Sunday, raising the most money for charity for a third year in a row. The Draggin' Docs - named for their somewhat lagging speed - had scooped up more than by $42,000 late Sunday. Uncompetitive but enthusiastic, the team began paddling six years ago in the annual festival and fundraiser, and has since made a name for itself as a peppy bunch that brings in the big bucks.
