Studio “B” at the newly constructed La Nouvelle Scène (333 King Edward Ave.) has been booked as an official venue for the 20th Ottawa Fringe Festival. This space has capacity for 80 seats.
“Official” venues are venues rented by the Ottawa Fringe and then programmed by an annual lottery. The performers keep 100% of their ticket sales. The Festival also accepts Bring Your Own Venue (BYOV) submissions.

Expect the number of venues to double with BYOVs. Fringe regulars are likely excited by the omission of
from that list. And they have a reason to be! The Library is changing during construction of the Arts Court redevelopment and Ottawa Art Gallery expansion, and won’t work as a Fringe venue… some would say never did.
