Media Advisory: Acclaimed British-Hungarian pianist Sir András Schiff returns to Ottawa for first time since 2009

OTTAWA
– Sir András Schiff, one of the most significant names in classical piano, comes to Ottawa's Dominion-Chalmers United Church October 23.
The two-time Grammy winner will play some of the most well-known and intricate works for piano, by composers Felix Mendelssohn, Ludwig van Beethoven, Johannes Brahms and J.S. Bach.
Proceeds from the concert will benefit Chamberfest's Community Engagement and Education (CEE) programming and Jewish Family Services of Ottawa.
