The Asinabka Festival presents the best contemporary Indigenous film, video, digital media, art, and music from Canada and around the world.  The Festival takes place over 5 days in August each year, with indoor and outdoor film screenings, curated art exhibition openings, innovative digital arts programming, as well as music and performance events. Our mandate is also to present smaller-scale events and programming throughout the year.
