2017 Stampede Days Return to Arnprior

(February 27, 2017 – Arnprior) The most dangerous sport in the world – bull riding – makes its return to the fairgrounds at the Arnprior Agricultural Society for the 2017 Stampede Days Friday June 23rd, Saturday June 24th and Sunday June 25th, 2017 in support of Camp Maple Leaf!
Spectators can witness the heart-pumping spectacle of competitive bull riding as top hands from Brazil, the United States, Mexico, Australia and Canada strap onto 2,000 pounds of raging bull in a timed test of sheer survival. All riders will be competing for the coveted 15 qualifying spots in the International Professional Rodeo Finals slated for Oklahoma City next January and thousands of dollars in prize money.
The 2017 Stampede Days is fun for all ages and includes a kid’s zone, vendors, beer gardens, clowns, bull fighters and much more! In addition to the fan favorite event of bull riding…the professional rodeo will include Bareback and Saddle Bronc Riding, Steer Wrestling, Roping, Barrel Racing, and much more!
RAWHIDE RODEO COMPANY (www.rawhiderodeo.com) has been producing rodeos and rodeo related events for over twenty years. It has grown from a small professional rodeo company to one of the largest and most accredited in North America, now producing over 120 rodeo performances a year in over 15 states and provinces.
