Brazilian singer-songwriter Gilberto Gil, the iconoclastic Willem Breuker Kollektief and the young Vancouver-based instrumental band Pugs and Crows will play concerts in Ottawa this fall, presented by the Ottawa Jazz Festival.
The Breuker group, a mainstay of European avant-garde jazz for more than three decades, will be touring North America a final time in tribute to its leader, who died in 2010.
