Festival Industry Jobs
The festival industry is a dynamic, eclectic mix of artists, performers, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, public officials, audience, media and others. Those working in the industry are cognoscente of the fact that they will likely fill many roles in the planning and presentation of their festival, special event or fair.
The Ottawa Festivals Job Creation Partnership Program, offered in partnership with Employment Ontario, is designed to provide those on EI (or with reach back status) work experience opportunities needed to acquire more marketable skills to help them find future employment.

The goal of the Ottawa Festivals JCP Program is to help individuals find full time positions. In this spirit, we post opportunities available in the festival industry and others that have been sent to us.
We are currently developing a program in partnership with Algonquin College to identify and fill opportunities for those enrolled in the Settlement To Employment Program (STEP) at the college . More details will come as we finalize the details.
