The Ottawa International Writers Festival offers one more very special event before the Festival kicks off on April 26th. This Sunday afternoon, April 22nd they are extremely pleased to be hosting Sayed Kashua and Ahdaf Soueif at the Mayfair Cinema on Bank Street.
The full schedule for the Festival is online now and brochures are available at all Bridgehead locations, the Ottawa Public Library and from the following bookstores:
- Books on Beechwood: 35 Beechwood Avenue;
- Collected Works: 1242 Wellington Street West;
- Perfect Books: 258A Elgin Street; and
- Octopus Books: 116 Third Avenue.
There are still a few places left at our Lunch with Vincent Lam on Saturday, April 28, so don’t delay to book your spot for that!
And just in case you missed it, last week Alan Neal announced the line-up for the All in A Day Songwriters Circle. It’s an amazing group of songwriters: Joe Keithley (the artist formerly known as S***head) Masia One, Oh Susanna, Snailhouse and Socalled, so don’t miss it on April 30th.
